First Week I am almost with finished of week one of the new me. I am tired of being fat and I want to go back to being my prekid, pre NC size. It has been 13 years since I moved here and I have gained 70 pounds. That is ridiculous. I can not even stand to look at myself in the mirror or in pictures. I have been to the gym 4 times already this week. Today I did 60 minutes of walking and went 3 miles. I know I can do 3 miles faster with practice, but I think couch to three miles in one week is pretty good. Weatching everything I eat and logging all food onto my fitness pal. On Monday at the gym it was 193.6. I can't wait until next Monday to see if this hard work will pay off. Taking Friday off from the gym, but going to go on Saturday! I am done with being FAT! I hate it and am ready to change and start loving myself again!
